Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to deliver individualized ABA services, either in person or remotely, with flexible scheduling to fit your life and caseload. You will supervise staff, analyze data, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress for children with autism.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, ethical practice, and ongoing support from a Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager to ensure you have the resources you need for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or closely related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8‑hour supervision certificate (where required).
• State licensure or eligibility where applicable.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with ASD.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
