Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings under supervision of BCBA clinicians, focusing on meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

You will work with a supportive team in a per diem role, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for hands-on training and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
