Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our BCBA-guided team on a per diem basis. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings across New Jersey, under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on meaningful skill development and independent living for children.

Responsibilities include collecting data, following treatment plans, and communicating with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
