Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services in-home, in school, and in community settings across New Jersey. This per diem role supports BCBA supervision and focuses on meaningful skill development and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy, collecting data, following treatment plans, and communicating with families. Qualifications include a high school diploma, travel ability, and a readiness for background checks; RBT is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
