Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team for in-home, school, and community ABA services. You will work closely with BCBA clinicians to implement 1:1 sessions, follow established treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress to families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Skills

Experience with children/ABA therapy

Education

High school diploma or GED

RBT certification (preferred)
