Job summary

POPS aba provides Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) services in home settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves delivering individualized ABA therapy, collecting data, and maintaining documentation to BACB standards and payer requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining client dignity and safety, reporting observations to the BCBA, and participating in ongoing supervision and training.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• Successful background screening.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and maintain treatment integrity.
• Provide direct one-to-one and group ABA services as assigned.
• Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety.
• Communicate significant clinical observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Complete session documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Participate in supervision, competency assessments, and required training.
• Follow crisis and emergency procedures as trained.
