Job summary

POPS aba in Home-based settings is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA services under supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, promote client safety, and maintain documentation following BACB standards and payer requirements.

The role involves daily direct client contact, data-driven treatment, and collaboration with the BCBA and families. Per diem schedule may include non-traditional hours and weekend work as feasible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• Successful background screening.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Collect accurate session data and maintain treatment integrity.
• Provide direct one-to-one and group ABA services as assigned.
• Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety.
• Communicate significant clinical observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Complete session documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Participate in supervision, competency assessments, and required training.
• Follow crisis and emergency procedures as trained.
