Job summary

POPS aba is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA services under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA in a home setting.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data, maintain documentation, and communicate with families and team members while upholding BACB standards and privacy requirements.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00–6:00 pm, per diem employment with work at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
• Successful background screening.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities
