Job summary

POPS aba seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA services in home settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect session data, ensure client safety, and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with BACB standards.

The role is per diem with a schedule including Monday–Friday afternoons and weekend shifts. Ideal candidates have an active RBT credential, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification.
• Successful background screening.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect accurate session data and maintain treatment integrity.
• Provide direct one-to-one and group ABA services as assigned.
• Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety.
• Communicate significant clinical observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Complete session documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Participate in supervision, competency assessments, and required training.
• Follow crisis and emergency procedures as trained.
