Job summary

Biosynth is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Peptide Division at the Gardner, MA site, helping drive our custom R&D peptide business. You will guide customers from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation and order approval, translating requirements into tailored peptide solutions.

You will collaborate with scientists and technical teams to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and promote our peptide and wider Biosynth capabilities, all within a hybrid work model based

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in life sciences or related field.
Interest in peptide chemistry and customer-facing roles.
Experience in life sciences sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries, prepare accurate and commercially competitive quotations, and ensure timely proposals.
Build strong customer relationships through meetings and presentations.
Translate customer requirements into tailored commercial and technical peptide solutions.
Coordinate peptide specifications, timelines and deliverables with QA, QC and Production teams.
Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and cross-sell Biosynth capabilities.
Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities across Peptide Discovery, Immuno Design and Bioconjugation services.
Attend industry events to network and stay informed on therapeutic, diagnostic, and theranostic developments.
Monitor market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing to promote capabilities and strengthen the brand.
