Job summary

Innovee Consulting LLC seeks a Kronos/UKG Pro WFM Lead to drive an upgrade from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM. You will consolidate five WFC instances into a single KronosWFM, manage complex integrations, and oversee data transfers with PeopleSoft HRMS and legacy systems.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, leadership, and testing expertise, with a willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst Lead focusing on Kronos or UKG Pro WFM implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience developing test scripts and leading testing for complex systems.
Familiarity with Kronos Boomi middleware and integration tools.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration with WFM systems.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements for UKG Pro WFM upgrade.
Analyze business requirements and translate into functional specs.
Design and manage test scripts to cover key scenarios.
Lead Kronos/WFM configuration, testing, and rollout activities.
Coordinate with SI and PMO for seamless integration with legacy systems.
Guide a team of Kronos analysts in testing and validation of configurations.
Ensure accurate pay rule configuration and payroll data in PeopleSoft.
Coordinate with Client Program Manager to align objectives and timelines.
