Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an UKG Pro WFM Configuration Analyst to support a large-scale migration from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) on-premises to UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) cloud.

The role will liaise between business stakeholders and the external implementation partner to gather requirements, assess Kronos configurations, configure UKG Pro WFM, and ensure the system supports labor requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Kronos WFC configuration or support experience.
• Experience configuring pay rules, work rules, accruals, timekeeping, and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of WFM concepts: overtime, shift differential, pay periods.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to configurations.
• Experience with system testing, test cases, and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document workforce management requirements across HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT.
• Assess Kronos WFC configurations and map to UKG Pro WFM.
• Configure and test pay codes/rules, work rules, accruals, scheduling, and labor structures.
• Identify gaps and redesign needs during cloud migration.
• Partner with external implementation team during design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Support configuration migration across DEV, TEST, and Production.
• Develop and execute test scenarios; support SIT, UAT, parallel testing, and defect resolution.
• Document configuration decisions and processes for long-term ownership.
• Support knowledge transfer, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
