Job summary

CAI, a global services firm, is seeking a PeopleSoft Project Manager in New York to lead governance, planning, and delivery of PeopleSoft upgrade and OCI migration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

You will manage vendor relationships, risk, budgets, and quality, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery and business continuity while collaborating with IT leadership and clients.

This is a contract, hybrid role based in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in enterprise ERP project management.
• 10+ years delivering PeopleSoft projects.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud migrations to OCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and end-to-end delivery of PeopleSoft PUM upgrade and OCI migration programs.
• Establish project governance structures and escalation procedures.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate steering committee meetings and leadership reporting.
• Oversee vendor management, performance, and contractual obligations.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoices, and risks.
