Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, drive governance, and ensure successful delivery of modernization programs.

You will manage cross-functional teams, engage executive stakeholders, and oversee PUM upgrades, cloud migrations, and infrastructure alignment. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in ERP project delivery, 10+ years with PeopleSoft, and strong communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 15+ years of project management experience in enterprise ERP.
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft project delivery experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft PUM upgrades and OCI migrations.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of PeopleSoft upgrade and OCI migration programs.
• Manage scope, risks, budgets, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Establish governance structures, reporting cadences, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate with executives, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Oversee testing, go-live readiness, and production stabilization.
• Drive vendor accountability and contract compliance.
• Coordinate infrastructure, security, and cloud readiness for migration.
