Job summary

Dew Softech, Inc is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Project Manager to lead large-scale upgrade and cloud migration programs from New York. You will drive governance, manage cross-functional teams, engage executives, and ensure successful delivery of modernization initiatives across PeopleSoft modules with OCI integration.

The role requires extensive PUM upgrade experience, Oracle Cloud expertise, and strong stakeholder management in a hybrid, NY-based setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of Project Management experience in enterprise ERP environments.
Minimum 10 years of PeopleSoft project delivery experience.
Proven experience managing multiple PeopleSoft PUM upgrade projects.
Proven experience leading PeopleSoft migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Architecture, PeopleTools, PUM, Lifecycle Management, and Change Assistant.
Experience managing large-scale infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of Oracle Database, WebLogic, Integration Broker, and PeopleSoft environments.
Demonstrated success managing projects with budgets exceeding $5M and multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience working with executive leadership and steering committees.

Responsibilities

Lead governance and end-to-end delivery of PeopleSoft PUM upgrade and OCI migration programs using Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
Establish project governance structures, reporting cadences, decision-making frameworks, and escalation procedures.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, dependency tracking, and risk registers.
Coordinate steering committee meetings and executive status reviews for timely milestone delivery.
Oversee vendor performance, deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations with implementation partners.
Review project plans and delivery schedules to ensure alignment with objectives and standards.
Drive vendor accountability for execution, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
Validate vendor deliverables and escalate delivery risks when needed.
Coordinate upgrade initiatives across HCM, FSCM, ELM, Pensions, and other PeopleSoft modules.
Partner with business stakeholders to support requirements validation, testing, and change readiness.
Ensure testing plans, defect management, and production readiness activities are executed.
Track upgrade progress, risks, and go-live readiness to support deployment and continuity.
Oversee OCI migration strategy, cutover planning, disaster recovery readiness, and infrastructure preparedness.
Coordinate infrastructure, security, networking, database, and application teams for migration delivery.
Monitor migration risks and ensure OCI architecture reviews and security compliance.
Serve as liaison between business, IT leadership, Oracle, SI partners, and vendors for governance reviews.
Manage vendor deliverables, SLAs, and communicate risks and strategic recommendations.
