Job summary

Apache seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migration lead to drive the efforts to move PeopleSoft and related systems to OCI. You will act as an architecture lead, define technical approaches, and coordinate with IT staff and vendors in a remote, contract engagement.

The role emphasizes mentoring, project leadership, and managing scope, schedules, costs, and communications. You will work with MNIT and external teams to ensure successful delivery and knowledge transfer to state staff.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large PeopleSoft ERP projects.
• Direct experience migrating PeopleSoft ERP systems (HCM, FMS, ELM, Interaction Hub) to OCI.
• Experience leading technical teams in migration planning and execution.
• Experience with PCA and Exadata architectures.
• PeopleSoft experience: 10 years minimum.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilitation, analysis and design for OCI migration.
• Mentor IT staff and build OCI knowledge.
• Provide project leadership and cost/schedule management.
• Develop and manage project communications, risk and scope.
• Coordinate with MNIT and external vendor teams.
