Job summary

Divish Consulting is seeking a PeopleSoft Cloud Solution Architect to lead a migration of PeopleSoft systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for a client. The role is remote with a focus on architecture and technical leadership.

You will mentor IT staff, produce delivery plans, manage risk, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft and OCI migrations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large PeopleSoft ERP projects.
• Significant experience migrating PeopleSoft ERP and supporting systems to OCI.
• Direct experience leading technical teams in OCI migrations.
• Experience with PCA Architecture and Exalogic environments.
• Experience with Exadata architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of PeopleSoft systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Serve as the architecture lead for OCI migration and design.
• Mentor IT staff and build OCI knowledge across the team.
• Provide project leadership, scheduling, and cost management.
• Document requirements, create diagrams, and track risk.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and manage communications.
