Job summary

LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans seeks a Training Facilitator to serve as the functional trainer for PeopleSoft. You will develop educational plans, deliver user training, and support rollout of new PeopleSoft capabilities with emphasis on effective interpersonal communication and adaptability across business modules.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience training professionals in corporate settings using LMS, plus strong content development and presentation

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three years experience training professionals in corporate or institutional environments using learning management systems and developing training content.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teaching new technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop training plans to educate new users and provide ongoing training.
• Deliver training sessions and materials for system updates and new PeopleSoft capabilities.
• Collaborate with the PeopleSoft Support Team Manager to implement training across modules.
