Facilitate effective instructor-led and web-based training sessions for both trainers and end users.
Manage and update the training SharePoint site to ensure resources are current and easily accessible.

Experience required:
Developing a training program for ERP systems
Developing accessibility-compliant training content
(at least 4) Hands‑on experience working with eLearning software
(at least 4) Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system
(at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
(at least 2) Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team
(at least 2) Experience in maintaining and updating SharePoint sites
Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
