Job summary

MIT RESOURCE is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Training Developer / Instructor in Albany, New York. The role involves creating training materials and delivering classroom training to Retirement staff on PeopleSoft modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PeopleSoft and Oracle UPK, along with a proven track record in training delivery for adult learners. This role offers a contract position, ensuring a professional training environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with PeopleSoft, preferably with CRM, HCM, or Interaction Hub.
• At least 2 years of experience using UPK to develop training materials.
• At least 5 years of experience developing training for adult learners.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Develop training on assigned PeopleSoft module(s), including job aids and transaction simulations.
• Manage UPK recording and editing process.
• Deliver classroom training courses.
• Confirm course materials and devices before class.
• Track course attendance and communicate with Outreach & Change Management team.
• Administer course satisfaction surveys.
• Document feedback and communicate course outcomes.
