LSU Health Sciences Center is seeking an IT Applications Support Analyst 3 to support the PeopleSoft Financials system. The role provides functional expertise during upgrades, testing, and maintenance, and leads end-user training.

Works within the Functional Help Desk and aligns with LSUHSC policies. Based in Shreveport, LA, the position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of ERP experience, preferably Oracle/PeopleSoft, with strong customer-facing skills and ability to guide users through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience with implementation, upgrade, and production support of ERP systems.
• Two years of experience required; healthcare/academic setting preferred.
