Job summary

Sierra-Cedar is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead to guide clients through the full lifecycle of Core HR, TAM/CG and eApplications. You will act as a subject matter expert, shaping solutions and delivering value across multiple client engagements.

You will work on fit/gap, configuration, testing, upgrade and implementation, and you will configure systems to meet each client’s needs while advising on risks and options. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of PeopleSoft Core HR, TAM/CG and eApplications experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 or higher.
• Upgrade and implementation experience.
• Ability to work on all project phases.
• Solid understanding of setup tables, reporting, and integration.
• Expert knowledge in PeopleSoft Core HR, TAM/CG and eApplications.
• Proven business knowledge with PeopleSoft specific functional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting services guiding clients through the lifecycle.
• Lead fit/gap, configuration, and testing phases for Core HR, TAM/CG and eApplications.
• Assist clients in integrating PeopleSoft modules into existing environments.
• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on processes.
• Configure systems to meet client requirements.
• Report progress to clients and project managers.
• Seek ways to improve delivery methodologies.
• Share knowledge to improve implementation approach.
