Job Description

Client requires the services of one (1) HCM Functional Domain Lead, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC Enterprise Architect 1 Category, Emerging Technology Type and the specifications outlined in this document.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work with internal and external customers, including management staff, project managers, functional business and technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and CPA contracted vendors.
• Functional expertise related to Oracle PeopleSoft (9.x), Oracle Taleo, Oracle tools (e.g., Database, Golden Gate, RAC, etc.), Business Objects, AIX or Linux, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Data Warehouse.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various types of SMEs, stakeholders, programmers, and developers to assist with and/or design, develop, implement, and support complex business solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask, with readiness to put in extra effort when necessary.
• Ability to prepare and present functional information to various levels of SMEs, stakeholders, and executives.
