Primary Skills: HCM Functional Lead

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of client essential requirements from core PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 including Personnel Administration, Position Management, Competency Management, Succession Planning, Payroll Interface Mass Updates and Workflow.
• Experience in core Human Resources modules (Manager and Employee Self-Service) and multiple full life‑cycle implementations.
• Public sector implementations with unionised employees, hands‑on management of an HCM functional team, and ability to organise and conduct Fit Gap sessions.
• Strong relationship building with consultants and client staff; ability to transfer knowledge.
• Self‑starter with ability to quickly upscale to HCM 9.2.

Qualifications:

Any PeopleSoft consultant with 8+ years of experience is eligible.
