Description

Provide Infrastructure/PeopleSoft Administration support for current PeopleSoft Applications and assist with the design, upgrade, and implementation of solutions for OGS HCM and Portal applications.

Duties

• Research, Document and Guide the PeopleSoft Infrastructure design/layout based on PeopleSoft best practices for implementation on upgrade.
• Support Installation, configuration/application triage of the various software components of PeopleSoft (WebLogic, Tuxedo, ElasticSearch, Oracle database) for new Peoplesoft required environments with latest technology stack.
• Provide technical direction to meet business needs.
• Work with other agencies and technical support teams in pursuit of technically excellent solutions.
• Produce technically excellent solutions architecture that is aligned to business needs and direction.
• Research, resolve, and test configurations.
• Provide Research, Analysis and PeopleSoft Application support for the current Legacy PeopleSoft Applications.
• Support the proposed Peoplesoft upgrade project as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience (15+ Years)
• Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.

Additional Requirements

• This is an 100% Onsite.
• 84 months experience in Oracle’s PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 or higher Administration, duties include troubleshooting installation, configuration, tuning, upgrade/patching, maintaining process scheduler, web domains, Application domains, monitor batch jobs and perform code migrations in a Unix environment.
• 84 Months experience utilizing PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.5 or higher, including troubleshooting, installation, upgrading, patching, tuning/configuration.
• 60 Months experience with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application upgrades utilizing PUM and Change Assistant tools.
• 60 Months experience with WebLogic and Tuxedo including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, upgrading, and high availability (HA).
• 36 Months experience SQL and Unix shell scripting, creating, modifying and debugging in any of the following Unix shells: bash, korn, bourne.
• 36 months experience in installation and configuration of Phire tool
