Job summary

The University of North Texas System seeks an Application Support Analyst to provide functional and technical leadership for the Registrar's ERP (PeopleSoft SIS) and data governance initiatives in Dallas. You will analyze institutional data, design queries, and support reporting and accreditation needs.

Responsibilities include testing ERP upgrades, building dashboards, and coordinating with ITS to align systems with academic operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of computing or information systems experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft SIS and ERP testing (UAT, regression).
Strong SQL querying, dashboards, and institutional reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as functional lead for Registrar-related ERP (PeopleSoft SIS) processes, including config, setup, testing, validation, and enhancements.
Design, build, and maintain complex queries using SQL and PeopleSoft Query for compliance reporting and institutional research.
Lead ERP upgrade testing, patches, enhancements, and integrations; document test cases and coordinate issue resolution with ITS.
Develop automated processes within the Student Information System to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Analyze and transform institutional data to meet reporting, accreditation, and regulatory needs.
Create dashboards and analytical tools to support leadership data-driven decisions.
Draft detailed technical and functional requirements for system improvements and initiatives.
Coordinate with ITS to ensure system alignment with academic operations.
