Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in computing or information systems.
• Experience with PeopleSoft SIS and ERP testing (UAT, regression, validation).
• Strong SQL/query development and dashboard-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for Registrar ERP (PeopleSoft SIS) processes.
• Design, build, and maintain complex SQL queries for reporting and IR needs.
• Lead ERP upgrade testing, document test cases and coordinate issue resolution.
• Develop and manage automated processes within the SIS to improve efficiency.
• Analyze and transform institutional data to meet reporting standards.
• Create dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions.
• Draft detailed technical and functional requirements for system improvements.
• Coordinate between Registrar and ITS to align systems with academic operations.
