Job summary

Alldus is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft CRM Developer to support a major federal PeopleSoft environment in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting CRM customizations using PeopleCode and Application Engine.

The candidate will collaborate with federal stakeholders and agile teams to deliver robust interfaces, reports, and data conversions while adhering to development standards and SAFe practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft CRM.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleCode and Application Engine.
• Experience with PeopleSoft integrations, interfaces, reports, and data conversions.
• Experience supporting large or complex PeopleSoft environments.
• 3+ years in a federal environment preferred.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support PeopleSoft CRM customizations and enhancements.
• Develop solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, and other PeopleSoft development tools.
• Build and maintain integrations, interfaces, reports, and data conversions.
• Support troubleshooting, defect resolution, upgrades, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Work closely with functional teams, business analysts, architects, and federal stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Follow PeopleSoft development standards and best practices.
• Support delivery within a SAFe/Agile federal environment.
