Qualifications
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience at Architect/Technical Lead/Senior Developer level.
- Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and technical design of PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
- Design scalable PeopleSoft customizations, integrations, interfaces, reports, and conversions.
- Provide guidance around PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and related PeopleSoft technologies.
- Review existing solutions and recommend improvements to architecture, performance, and maintainability.
- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, business analysts, and federal stakeholders.
- Support technical standards and best practices within a SAFe/Agile federal environment.
- Mentor and provide technical direction to PeopleSoft development teams.
