Job summary

Alldus is recruiting an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer to support a major federal PeopleSoft environment in Arlington, VA. You will design, develop, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM solutions across key HR functions.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining PeopleSoft customizations, building integrations and reports, and troubleshooting issues within a SAFe/Agile federal delivery context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and/or Time & Labor.
• 3+ years of experience within a Federal HCM environment.
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support PeopleSoft HCM customizations and enhancements.
• Develop solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, and related PeopleSoft development tools.
• Support Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor functionality.
• Build and maintain integrations, interfaces, reports, and data conversions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support ongoing system enhancements.
• Work closely with functional consultants, architects, business analysts, and federal stakeholders.
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Support delivery within a SAFe/Agile federal environment.
