Qualifications

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience at Architect/Technical Lead/Senior Developer level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical design of PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
• Design scalable PeopleSoft customizations, integrations, interfaces, reports, and conversions.
• Provide guidance around PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and related PeopleSoft technologies.
• Review existing solutions and recommend improvements to architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Work closely with functional consultants, developers, business analysts, and federal stakeholders.
• Support technical standards and best practices within a SAFe/Agile federal environment.
• Mentor and provide technical direction to PeopleSoft development teams.

Alldus is currently recruiting for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Architect to support a major federal PeopleSoft environment based in Arlington, VA.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in PeopleSoft HCM architecture and development who can provide technical leadership across complex HCM solutions, integrations, customizations, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical design of PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
• Design scalable PeopleSoft customizations, integrations, interfaces, reports, and conversions.
• Provide guidance around PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and related PeopleSoft technologies.
• Review existing solutions and recommend improvements to architecture, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience, ideally with experience operating at Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer level.
• Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and/or Time & Labor.
• Strong hands-on background with PeopleCode and Application Engine.
• Experience designing PeopleSoft integrations, interfaces, reports, customizations, and conversions.
• 3+ years of experience within a Federal HCM environment.
• Previous experience defining technical architecture and providing technical leadership.
• Experience working within SAFe/Agile environments is highly desirable.
