Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
• Experience with CRM, case management, or ticketing in PeopleSoft.
• Strong PeopleTools skills: App Designer, PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, Integration Broker, PS Query, SQL.
• Experience designing pages, workflows, security, and batch processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft CRM capabilities.
• Develop CRM pages, components, records, business logic, workflows, and queries.
• Build and support integrations between PeopleSoft CRM and external systems using APIs.
• Improve usability, data quality, and process efficiency in CRM UX.
• Support PeopleSoft CRM upgrades, patches, and retrofits; perform validation.
• Troubleshoot defects, integration errors, and production incidents; root-cause analysis.
• Configure CRM rules, queues, statuses, and notifications; ensure reliable operations.
• Develop utilities and automation for deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and regression support; create test data.
