Parker Hannifin is seeking a Division HR Manager IV to partner with senior leaders in designing and deploying HR strategy across the division, driving performance, continuity, and compliant programs. You will lead HR professionals, oversee recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, payroll, and labor relations, while shaping workforce planning and talent development.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years in HR and at least 7 years in leadership, plus experience with HR analytics, DEI program

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field required.
• 15+ years HR experience with 7+ years leading HR teams.
• Experience with HRIS and data analytics.
• Knowledge of employment law, benefits, compensation and performance management.
• Experience in high-growth or matrixed environments.
• DEI program design and measurement familiarity.
• Strong leadership, credibility and stakeholder partnering.

Aufgaben

• Lead division HR strategy, KPIs, governance, and compliance.
• Advise division leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, change management, and business continuity.
• Establish HR governance, audit practices, compliance controls, and accountability standards across sites.
• Manage multi-site HR teams, budgets, performance, and succession.
• Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery across recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, records/I-9, benefits/leave, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, company policy, local regulations, data privacy, and security requirements.
• Direct recruitment strategy for skilled roles, including selection standards, vendor management, and hiring metrics.
• Partner with Legal, COEs, L&D, EH&S, and Compliance on high-risk matters, programs, and incidents.
• Lead compensation, HR improvement, incident response, and HR analytics.
• Own HR analytics and narratives, monitor and deploy predictive talent analytics, lead action plans, and adjust strategy.
