• Firearms background checks may be required for firearms sales locations.
• Attending required trainings and assessments will be provided.

• Leads high-performing teams by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning responsibilities, setting clear expectations, providing performance feedback, recognizing achievements, and developing future leaders.
• Drives associate engagement and performance by communicating priorities and promoting continuous learning.
• Drives business performance by reviewing results, identifying trends, and implementing action plans to achieve goals.
• Oversees daily operations, plans workloads and priorities, and ensures safe, organized store environment.
