United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee is seeking a Manager, People Systems & Analytics to lead HR technology strategy, administer HRIS, and drive workforce analytics to support decision-making.

You will partner with People & Culture, IT, and Payroll, manage projects, develop dashboards, ensure data governance, and guide organizational effectiveness initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Colorado Springs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or business-related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• 5+ years HR technology experience.
• Experience administering HRIS and system implementations.
• Strong analytics and data management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own HRIS and related people systems administration, upgrades, and integration.
• Develop analytics models, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
• Partner with business functions to implement tech roadmaps.
• Manage projects and ensure adoption and impact.
• Maintain documentation and governance practices.
