Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations of various complexity.
• Bilingual Spanish and familiarity with HR Systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
• Experience in tiered HR service delivery model using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, and ability to triage and resolve HR related issues with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
• Familiarity with local HR regulations, particularly LOA and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers within the designated business unit.
• Lead investigations of employee relations issues in coordination with HRBP and/or legal.
• Educate employees on LOA processes and manage ADA accommodations as applicable.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and work authorizations for new hires.
• Identify and respond to HR triage requests, driving process improvements and automation.
