Job summary

Glanbia’s People Success Organization (PSO) seeks a People Success Partner to deliver first-line HR support to employees and managers within a designated business unit. You will handle employee relations, LOA guidance, onboarding, and data accuracy while collaborating with the HRBP.

You will also support talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance-driven HR service delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement across processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years HR experience.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations of varying complexity.
• Bilingual Spanish; familiarity with HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Experience with tiered HR service delivery using a ticketing system like ServiceNow; triage and resolve HR issues efficiently.
• Familiar with local HR regulations, especially LOA and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations issues and investigations with guidance from HRBP/legal.
• Educate employees on LOA processes and support ADA accommodations where applicable.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding processes, including background checks and onboarding coordination.
• Triage HR requests and resolve issues within timelines; drive process improvements and automation.
• Maintain accurate HR data and support talent calibration with the HRBP.

Job Description Summary:

Glanbia’s People Success Organization (PSO) has an exciting opportunity for a People Success Partner to provide first-line HR support to employees and managers within a designated business unit. The People Success Partner will support their assigned business area with employee relations, new hire processes, talent acquisition and talent advancement activities, leaves of absence, data and reporting, and support broader HR initiatives as applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

• Act as first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing support and guidance in accordance with company policies.
• Lead investigations of identified complexity and partner as appropriate with HRBP and/or legal.

Leave of Absence (LOA):

• Educate employees on LOA processes at the local level, collaborating with managers and the PSO LOA Specialist to align with global processes and regulatory requirements.
• Lead ADA accommodation interactive process as applicable.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

• Support the recruitment process, including guiding internal movements and monitoring new hire pre-boarding requirements such as background checks and drug screens.
• Responsible for adjudications and adverse actions as applicable.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations and work authorizations (as applicable) to ensure a positive employee onboarding experience.

HR Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement:

• Identify, prioritize, and respond to HR triage requests, resolving issues efficiently using company approved tools and techniques within established timelines.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to standardize processes and supporting automation and technological advancements.

Data:

• Ensure data accuracy by processing and maintaining employee information, including requisitions, administering position changes, and conducting data audits.

Talent:

• Support the talent calibration process for employees across assigned business areas in partnership with the HRBP.

Education/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations of various complexity.
• Bilingual Spanish and familiarity with HR Systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
• Experience in a tiered HR service delivery model using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, and ability to triage and resolve HR related issues with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
• Familiarity with local HR regulations, particularly in areas such as LOA and employee relations.

Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles; the annual salary for this role is $65,000-80,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations.
