Job summary

You will mentor the HR team, collaborate with the USA HR Shared Services, and lead key initiatives from workforce planning to performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience; multi-site and international CP G experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.
• Experience using HR metrics, KPIs, and HR financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach and mentor HR team members and partner with executive leaders.
• Oversee recruitment for assigned client groups and collaborate with TA.
• Manage headcount budgeting and HR financials with VP HR.
• Ensure legal compliance and monitor HR requirements.
