Qualifications

• Experience or desire in office/studio management, recruiting, talent coordination, or a similar role.
• A natural hospitality mindset with an instinct for making people feel welcome and cared for.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shift gears quickly.
• Strong research and sourcing instincts - you enjoy finding the right person and aren't afraid to get creative about where you look.
• Comfortable using social platforms and other digital tools to research and identify candidates and talent.
• A proactive mindset - you notice what needs to be done and take care of it without waiting to be asked.

Responsibilities

• Own select Employee Experience projects and culture moments from idea through execution.
• Partner with People Ops on onboarding and offboarding, including scheduling meetings, first-day setup, equipment, gear, access, and other logistics.
• Source and support outreach to influencers, creators, ambassadors, and other talent for client campaigns.
• Own the day to day hospitality and experience of our studios, creating spaces that are warm and true to Archrival.
• Manage office purchasing and expenses, and liaise with building ownership on communications and issues.
