Job summary

Burnett Staffing Specialists is seeking an experienced Studio Coordinator to support studio leadership and a team of architects and designers. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and provides high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include executive calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, project documentation, and coordinating studio operations, meetings, and client events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional administrative experience.
  • Experience supporting executives in a professional services environment.
  • Strong experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support to Studio Principals and Directors, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate studio operations, including meetings, staffing support, PTO tracking, financial reporting, and project administration.
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Support Design Managers with project setup, RFIs, submittals, meeting notes, and project directories.
  • Plan studio meetings, retreats, celebrations, and client events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for studio leadership and team members.
  • Serve as a liaison between the studio and internal departments to ensure efficient communication and operations.
  • Provide backup reception and administrative support as needed.

This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio while providing high-level administrative and operational support in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
