Responsibilities

• Act as a primary connect for Practice Leaders, Attorney Development Partners, Partners and all Attorneys for People Strategy initiatives.
• Coordinate performance management processes, counsel and partner selection, and pipeline meetings.
• Oversee department communications and align with firmwide objectives.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Management to organize practice area resources.
• Work with BD/Marketing to align goals with broader firm strategies and track alumni and secondments.
• Partner with COEs to implement talent acquisition strategy, training and development.
