Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of related practice support and experience in a law firm environment, including at least 3 years of people or project management responsibility.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to synthesize information and communicate with attorneys and staff.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to manage partner meetings.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Generative AI tools to enhance workflows.
• Understanding of law firm economics and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing partners in attorney staffing and workload management.
• Coordinate annual attorney evaluation and compensation processes.
• Plan substantive training programs with Attorney Development and Knowledge Management.
• Track promotion pipelines and assist in partner reviews.
• Collaborate on initiatives related to morale, engagement and retention.
• Liaise with practice leaders to develop strategy and performance objectives.
• Support budget planning and financial reporting for the group.
• Leverage AI tools to improve day-to-day operations.
