Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a business partnering or advisory role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Establish credible working relationships with stakeholders to align people strategies with growth.
• Champion HR initiatives to ensure consistent delivery of programs and support.
• Support strategic goals by implementing best practices in people management.
• Monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions.
• Provide guidance to leadership on performance, development, and engagement.
• Manage performance development processes and succession planning.
• Drive change management initiatives and ensure adoption.
• Escalate complex HR issues and ensure consistent resolution with ER.
