Job summary

Greenbrook Medical seeks a Director, People Strategy to own compensation, headcount planning, and people analytics. You will report to the Chief People Officer and work as a hands-on operator across domains, including credentialing and onboarding logistics.

The role requires navigating ambiguity, driving value, and coordinating with Finance and leadership across NYC-area clinics. Remote work is possible with regular travel to NY and Tampa Bay.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in compensation, people analytics, HR strategy, or people operations.
• Experience at a mature People team (Series C+).
• Deep compensation expertise: building bands, benchmarking, leveling, and cost modeling.
• Strong quantitative skills; able to build and work with messy data.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency with People tech (Lattice, Greenhouse, Notion) and related systems.
• Based in the New York City area or willing to travel to NY and Tampa Bay.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation strategy, bands, and market benchmarking end to end.
• Lead headcount planning and workforce modeling with automation and scenario planning.
• Own people analytics and reporting for Leadership Team and Board.
• Manage Notion-based knowledge management and documentation standards.
• Drive strategic People initiatives and select/implement People technology.
• Supervise the People Operations & Credentialing Manager and oversee onboarding/offboarding.
