Job summary

Greenbrook Medical seeks a Director, People Strategy in the New York City area (remote possible) to own compensation, headcount planning, people analytics and knowledge management, reporting to the Chief People Officer as their right hand on data-driven decisions.

Lead compensation design, market benchmarking, and tiered bonus structures; build dashboards across headcount, turnover, and hiring, and manage the People Operations & Credentialing Manager in our growing healthcare platform.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience across compensation, people analytics, HR strategy, or people operations.
Experience at a company with strong People fundamentals (Series C or later).
Fluency with People technology, including HRIS, ATS, and performance platforms.
Excellent project management and clear, direct communication.
Based in the New York City area, or willing to travel regularly to New York and Tampa Bay.

Responsibilities

Own compensation philosophy, structure, and bands end to end with annual refreshes.
Lead headcount planning end to end and build a single source of truth for roles and budgets.
Own people analytics and reporting, dashboards for headcount, turnover, and hiring.
Own knowledge management including Notion standards and documentation.
Scope and drive high-value People projects with minimal direction.
