Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, employee engagement, or HRBP roles preferred.
• Experience with campus recruiting, workforce development, or community partnerships preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, postings to offers, and pre-employment screenings.
• Engage active and passive candidates through outreach and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to plan staffing and recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and facilitate negotiations.
• Use ATS, assessments, and metrics to improve hiring decisions.
• Develop interview guides, scoring tools, and evaluation forms.
• Train managers on behavioral interviewing and compliant selection.
