Job summary

L & S Electric in the United States seeks an HR Recruiter to oversee full lifecycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee communications. You will partner with hiring managers, post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

The role requires an Associate’s degree and 2+ years in HR or recruiting, with strong proficiency in ATS, Microsoft Office, and HRIS. This position reports to the HR Manager and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human resources, Communications, Marketing, Business or another related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in HR or Recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and negotiations.
• Onboarding: coordinating new hire paperwork, training schedules and first-day logistics.
• Communications: drafting job descriptions, coordinating with hiring managers, and informing applicants.
