Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Associate to support the full associate lifecycle and HR processes.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week at our Deerfield, IL headquarters, with remaining days remote. You will handle inquiries via AskHR, manage HR transactions in Workday, and assist managers with HR systems, benefits, onboarding, and lifecycle activities while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Human Resources, Shared Services, HR Operations, Recruiting, HR Technology, or related field.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for associates and HR via AskHR and service channels.
• Support full associate lifecycle: onboarding, changes, offboarding and related activities.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and other HR systems with data integrity.
• Assist associates and managers through HR systems, self-service tools and resources.
• Support HR programs: benefits, tuition reimbursement, referrals, relocation, performance management, surveys.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure governance, audits, and employment verification.
• Create and maintain HR knowledge articles, FAQs, and self-service content.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders for consistent service delivery.
• Support reporting, dashboards, metrics, and process improvements in People Services.
• Participate in HR technology enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve customer experience.
