Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for People Service Center inquiries and operate with limited direction.
• Manage cases that are visible and confidential and resolve them accurately and timely.
• Build relationships with other teams to meet objectives and avoid ticket escalation.
• Maintain strong internal and external customer service skills and stay updated on People policies.
• Assist with training materials and reference guides for People policies.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve problems with little precedent.
