Job summary

You will provide excellent customer service, manage sensitive cases, and collaborate with multiple teams to meet objectives while staying current on People policies. Training material support and data analysis are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for People Service Center inquiries and operate with minimal direction.
• Manage confidential and visible cases accurately and timely.
• Build strong relationships to collaborate with other teams and avoid escalations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of People policies and internal procedures.
• Assist with creating training materials and reference guides for staff.
• Gather and analyze data to identify problems and propose improvements.
• Influence own team and related teams to improve processes and efficiency.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to boost team performance.
